About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and guidelines
• Handle and prepare ingredients in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure food is cooked to perfection and presented attractively
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Requirements

• Ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
