About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-from-scratch dishes according to recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food safety and quality by following proper sanitation and cooking procedures
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet production goals
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the station

Requirements

• Ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and station roles
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
