About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and guidelines
• Handle and prepare ingredients safely and efficiently
• Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Food safety certification preferred
