About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-from-scratch meals using our signature recipes
• Work efficiently to keep up with high demand and maintain a busy kitchen environment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and processes
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar kitchen position preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
