About the role
As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook made-from-scratch meals using our signature recipes
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and high-quality food production
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment
- Assist in maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality
- Support the team in meeting the restaurant's operational goals and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of food preparation and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and ingredients
