About the role

As a Line Cook for Texas Roadhouse, you'll make made-from-scratch Legendary Food for our guests to enjoy. You'll be part of a team that works together to push out the food our guests have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-from-scratch dishes using our signature recipes
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet kitchen production goals
• Ensure food safety and quality by following established sanitation and hygiene protocols
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a fast-paced, efficient kitchen environment
• Adapt to changing menu requirements and kitchen layouts

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and kitchen procedures
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar kitchen position preferred
• Strong communication skills
