About the role
Our Line Cooks have the important role of receiving food orders, preparing delicious dishes for our guests, properly setting up the kitchen so every Expert has the product and tools easily accessible during their shift.
Responsibilities
- Receive food orders and prepare dishes for guests
- Properly set up the kitchen daily
- Requisition and stock necessary food, paper products, and condiments
- Handle, store, and rotate all products correctly
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and machinery
- Maintain stock and cut perishable products daily
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
- Ensure quality of products served
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks
