Line Cook

Responsibilities

• Receive food orders and prepare dishes for guests.
• Practice portion control and garnish dishes appropriately.
• Set up the kitchen daily to ensure easy access to products and tools for each cook.
• Requisition and stock necessary food, paper products, and condiments.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain and clean kitchen and station equipment and facilities.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Ensure quality of products served and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• One year experience working in a food service environment.
• A high school diploma, preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Valid Food Handlers Permit and Brand Certification, as required by law.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
