What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook dishes across the grill, sauté, fryer, and more, following Puckett’s recipes and plating standards.
  • Stock, organize, and prepare your station for service at all times.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, including TSA and airport standards.
  • Clean, restock, and reset your station at the end of each shift.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant or high-volume kitchen.
  • Basic proficiency with grill, fryer, sauté, and knife skills.
  • Able to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Pass a TSA background check and obtain a required airport badge.
  • Able to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Compensation

  • $20 per hour.
