What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook dishes across the grill, sauté, fryer, and more, following Puckett’s recipes and plating standards.
- Stock, organize, and prepare your station for service at all times.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, including TSA and airport standards.
- Clean, restock, and reset your station at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant or high-volume kitchen.
- Basic proficiency with grill, fryer, sauté, and knife skills.
- Able to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Pass a TSA background check and obtain a required airport badge.
- Able to work weekends and flexible shifts.
Compensation
- $20 per hour.
