About the role

We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our busy restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders are cooked correctly according to our standard recipes and meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are cooked correctly according to our standard recipes
• Meet guest expectations and requests
• Manage time effectively to support other kitchen personnel
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen

Requirements

• Familiarity with a wide range of cooking techniques including poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking
• Outstanding time management skills
• A team-first mindset

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional cooking experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
