About the role
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food preparation guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare a variety of dishes using various cooking methods.
- Ensure food safety and quality by following proper sanitation procedures.
- Follow recipes and food preparation guidelines to ensure consistency in menu offerings.
- Assist with meal service and customer interaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques.
- Ability to read and understand recipes.
- Attention to detail.
