Responsibilities

- Must possess basic culinary skills and knowledge, including food safety and sanitation. - Read and understand restaurant tickets and communicate effectively with colleagues. - Stand for long periods of time. - Prepare dishes according to company standards and guidelines in a timely manner. - Uphold sanitation and safety standards. - Follow opening and closing procedures. - Complete daily side work. - Clean and sanitize the food production area before and after shifts.

Requirements

- At least 1 year’s experience in the restaurant cooking field is preferred. - Follow protocol for the flow of foods. - Responsible for preparing dishes as per company standards and guidelines. - Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards. - Perform opening and closing procedures. - Complete daily tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing. - Reliable transportation is required.
