Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel guests.
• Prepare all restaurant and room service foods per menu specifications utilizing skills including grill, sauté, fry, bake, and cold prep.
• Maintain high standards in food safety through adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Daily check of expiration items, freshness quality, cooler temperatures, rotation, out-of-stock items, and waste levels.
• Maintain on-going communication and collaboration with staff with the aim of achieving high levels of cooperation and service excellence.
• Avoid cross-contamination and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the line and kitchen.
• Properly stock for meal period service and re-stock items for next shift.
• Properly maintain all work equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Adhere to fryer oil schedule and guidelines.
• Communicate any equipment needs or malfunctions immediately.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with appropriate level of sensitivity and immediacy.

Requirements

• Availability of 6am-2:30pm required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Availability of 2pm - close required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Food Handlers Card.

Pay

Schedule
