What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and present high-quality meals in line with resort culinary standards and guest expectations
- Execute dishes with precision, ensuring consistency, flavor, and visual appeal
- Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Cook food efficiently and reduce waste
- Coordinate food prep to align with peak service times, banquets, and special resort events
- Support seamless communication between back-of-house and front-of-house teams
- Prep ingredients for current and upcoming shifts with attention to efficiency and waste reduction
- Address guest dietary needs and special requests with professionalism and care
- Uphold the resort’s commitment to exceptional service in every dish served
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of one (1) year of cooking experience in a resort, hotel, or upscale restaurant setting
- Culinary school degree or certification preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and a guest-first mindset
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
