We're looking for a talented and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our expectations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients used in Italian dishes (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
