Responsibilities
- Consistently follow signature recipes, specifications, and culinary standards to deliver high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional line station that supports consistent execution and an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and pride in your work while supporting and encouraging fellow team members.
- Use opening and closing checklists to ensure each station is fully prepared for service and properly reset at the end of every shift.
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, including accurate completion of required logs and documentation.
- Ensure proper product rotation, storage, and restocking using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to maintain freshness and quality.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Experience with high-volume or quantity food preparation preferred.
- Able to demonstrate strong cooking skills and follow established menus and recipes accurately.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
