Responsibilities

• Show a passion to serve
• Work in a high volume restaurant environment
• Handle various cooking tasks including sautéing, grilling, and preparing meals
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Support the team in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and regulars

Requirements

• Back of house cooking, chef, saute cook, or grill cook experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food preparation and service standards
