About the role
We are looking for a Line Cook who is responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. A successful Line Cook takes pride in their work, communicates well under pressure, and helps create a great experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
- Aid in cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No experience is required. Prior line cook experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
