Responsibilities
- Prepares food items in a timely and sanitary manner according to recipes and presentation specifications.
- Restocks station items as needed during the shift and takes inventory after service.
- Cleans and maintains station equipment and kitchen areas.
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with other kitchen staff.
- Adheres to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assists with additional tasks as requested by chefs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven cooking experience.
- Food handler’s license.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
