Job Duties
- Knowing and compiling consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Affords assistance in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chef or manager-on-duty.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a high volume kitchen.
- Availability on weekends (mandatory).
- Flexible scheduling.
- 2+ years of cooking experience.
- Ability to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
