Job Duties

  • Knowing and compiling consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
  • Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
  • Affords assistance in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chef or manager-on-duty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a high volume kitchen.
  • Availability on weekends (mandatory).
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • 2+ years of cooking experience.
  • Ability to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
