Responsibilities

  • Execute menu recipes to the highest standards
  • Ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
  • Prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests, portion control, and temperature guidelines
  • Manage all aspects of cooking station including setup, prep, stocking, cleaning, organization, sanitation, breakdown, and storage
  • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
