Responsibilities
- Execute menu recipes to the highest standards
- Ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- Prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests, portion control, and temperature guidelines
- Manage all aspects of cooking station including setup, prep, stocking, cleaning, organization, sanitation, breakdown, and storage
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
