About the role
The Line Cook will play a crucial role in the kitchen team, contributing to the high standards of service and food quality that define Ramsay’s Kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure all food preparation adheres to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Build a positive rapport with regular customers to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu items.
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, demonstrating ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm to represent the brand's standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting.
