Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station throughout service.
- Read and execute tickets accurately while meeting timing standards.
- P Plate dishes with consistency and attention to presentation.
- Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety standards.
- Properly label, store, and rotate all food items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support teammates and communicate effectively during service.
- Complete closing and cleaning checklists as assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18+ for Back of House positions.
