Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and food ordering
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant’s standards
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Line Cook or similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
