About the role

This position at Daily Jam is for a line cook who will prepare high-quality food for all guests. The role demands adherence to strict standards for food quality, sanitation, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet guest needs and preferences
  • Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and served promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety and hygiene
  • Follow daily schedules and shifts as assigned

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and menu changes

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid food handler's permit
