About the role

Clyde's Restaurant Group, which owns 14 concepts in the DMV, is proud to introduce Ebbitt House, a sister concept of the historic Old Ebbitt Grill. Opening summer 2026 at Reston Station on the Silver Metro Line, Ebbitt House will serve up Old Ebbitt Grill’s iconic American classics, twice-daily happy hours, an oyster-fueled raw bar, and towering seafood displays. We're building our opening team now—come be part of a restaurant that’s set to make waves!

Responsibilities

• Set up cooking station with delicious food products and supplies
• Read computerized orders and use recipes to cook orders
• Operate kitchen equipment
• Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift
• Follow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality

Requirements

• Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
• Experience as a cook desired, preferably in an upscale dining restaurant
• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
