About the role
The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is hiring a Line Cook to join their team of passionate hospitality professionals.
Responsibilities
- Prep work, portion control, garnishing, and preparation of dishes according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and by the Hilton Brand.
- Opening up the kitchen and setting up the buffet for breakfast service according to standards set by the Restaurant Manager and Hilton.
- Preparing food for the restaurant, bar, and hotel functions for evening service.
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience is required.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- This position offers a starting pay of $16.50 per hour.
