Responsibilities
- Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
- Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing.
Requirements
- 2 years experience
- Able to clearly communicate with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift 40 lbs.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
