About the role

We are seeking Full Time and Part Time Cooks and Kitchen Team Members for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that loves people with food and helps them flourish.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of menu items to meet guest needs and preferences.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to Applebee’s service standards and guest satisfaction expectations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous Cook, Kitchen, or Professional Culinary experience is preferred but not required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry.

Skills

• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
