Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately
- Handle inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Requirements
- Back of house cooking, chef, saute cook or grill cook kitchen experience
- High volume restaurant environment experience
