About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate line cook to join our culinary team. As part of our onboarding experience, you'll advance your culinary career through our partnership with Rouxbe Online Culinary School, which includes a series of comprehensive courses providing 9 transferable college credit hours upon completion.

The ideal candidate serves a very important role in the success of our brand, culinary culture, vision, and future. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in a full-service, scratch kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic kitchen culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment (helpful but not required).
