About the role

As a Line Cook at Hai Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with guests and other employees
  • Detect and address safety issues, adhering to safety guidelines and standards
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and in a variety of temperatures
  • Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements
  • Safely and efficiently use kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and knives
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace, properly storing supplies and cleaning surfaces
  • Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs
  • Work closely with coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area
  • Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors
  • Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming
  • Understand and follow directives, and communicate effectively with leadership and coworkers

Pay

Compensation ranges between $20 - $24 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

We are offering a full-time schedule with 4 days on and 3 days off per week.
