Responsibilities
- Provide excellent food quality and consistency in an attractive environment with professional service.
- Cook dishes according to restaurant specifications with a passion for quality.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with team members and guests.
- Create memorable experiences for guests and foster loyalty.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in pantry, cooking line, prep kitchen, dish area, and other designated areas.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a related or supportive role preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills for efficient food production.
- Proficiency in cooking techniques including garde manger, saute station, fry station, and grill station.
- Experience working at high performance levels during all meal periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
- Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
