About the role

Join our team as a Line Cook in a dynamic airport restaurant environment at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA). We are seeking a seasoned foodservice professional with a passion for high-volume and a commitment to food safety. Our restaurant portfolio includes Ballard Brew Hall, Mi Casa Cantina, Greedy Cow, Pei Wei, Bad Egg, and more.

Responsibilities

• Receive food orders and prepare delicious dishes for guests
• Properly set up the kitchen so every team member has product and tools easily accessible during their shift
• Maintain warm, friendly smiles and respect for customers
• Follow detailed food preparation processes
• Keep attention to details while working well in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice with high-volume environments
• Strong commitment to food safety standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport restaurant setting
