Line Attendant - Seasonal (Tropicana Atlantic City)

About the role

Assists Cooks in any kitchen or food station in the preparation of food product. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Must be familiar with kitchen equipment.
• Assists with line food service.
• Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma preferred; culinary training or equivalent experience required.
• Must have two years experience in culinary, preferably high volume environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
