Line Attendant 6AM-6PM Alternative Schedule

About the role

Preparing and feeding product into packaging equipment
Inspecting both product and packaging for quality
Packing finished cheese products into cases
Stacking cases onto pallets on select lines

Responsibilities

• Frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying

Requirements

• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and stacking up to 45 lbs
• Previous experience with automation or robotics is a plus
• Attention to detail – you can read packaging and labeling for accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay

• Start: $22.93/hour
• After 90 Days: $24.33/hour
• After 1 Year: $24.79/hour

Schedule

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on – rotating)

Hrs: 6:00 AM- 6:00PM
