Line Assembler - Molding

The Job

Assemble composite pump components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Prepare molds for production including cleaning and applying release agents.
Load and position fiberglass and composite materials into molds.
Perform post-processing and finishing work including sanding, grinding, and burr removal.
Conduct quality inspections on finished components.
Operate hand and power tools with precision.

Requirements

• Experience as an assembler or in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Experience working with plastic, resin, fiberglass, composite materials, or metal.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
