About the role

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Service Team Leader to spearhead our Lincoln service team and contribute to the successful launch of our new facility opening in November. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a dedicated team of Lincoln technicians while working alongside our experienced Ford shop foreman. Join us as we expand our operations and continue to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Lincoln service team, ensuring efficient and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with the Ford shop foreman to coordinate workflow and optimize shop operations
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and quality control procedures
• Manage daily shop activities, including scheduling, parts ordering, and customer communication
• Maintain a productive, positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably with Lincoln and Ford vehicles
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and technical standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license and relevant ASE certifications are preferred
