We’re looking for a Limited-Term Blinded LPN to support a GLP-1 clinical trial at our North Shore clinic. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on clinical research experience while helping a collaborative team manage a busy study.

About the role

You’ll work closely with the existing study team to support daily visits, blinded study activities, uploads, and study documentation. The role would be a strong fit for someone early in their clinical research career who is organized, dependable, and ready to learn.

This is a temporary, full-time position slated to last for approximately 12 weeks with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.
  • Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.
  • Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.
  • Coordinate closely with team members and respond to changing study priorities.
  • Follow study protocols, clinic procedures, and applicable research requirements.
  • Take on additional study support tasks as delegated by the team.

Requirements

  • At least one year of professional work experience, or relevant clinical experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; candidates with relevant hands-on clinical training or experience, including Medical Assistants or LPNs, may also be considered.
  • Clinical or clinical research experience is great, but we are open to candidates from other backgrounds who demonstrate strong judgment and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Dependability and the ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, sound judgment, and a team-first approach.

Qualities we value

  • Bring a positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude every day.
  • Prioritize exceptional patient care and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment.
  • Balance multiple tasks with focus and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish, demonstrating accountability and reliability.
  • Leverage prior patient care experience while building new skills in clinical research.
  • Stay coachable and eager to learn, as we value growth and team fit even more than years of experience.
  • Embrace collaboration with a can-do spirit.
