About the role

PVB Everglow, an Authorized JellyFish Lighting Dealer serving Houston and surrounding Texas areas, is growing and looking for motivated people to join our team. We specialize in premium permanent exterior lighting systems that give homeowners beautiful, app‑controlled lighting for everyday use, holidays, game days, special events, and more.

Open positions: Sales Executive and Installation Technician.

Responsibilities

Sales Executive:

• Respond to new leads and customer inquiries
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email
• Conduct consultations with homeowners
• Explain PVB Everglow and JellyFish Lighting products, features, pricing, and financing options
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information
• Follow up consistently throughout the sales process
• Help customers move from initial inquiry to scheduled installation
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service

Installation Technician:

• Install permanent LED lighting along rooflines, fascia, eaves, gables, and other approved exterior areas
• Follow installation plans and measurements
• Maintain clean, professional workmanship
• Safely use ladders, tools, and installation equipment
• Test lighting systems after installation
• Assist customers with basic system operation when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work effectively with other members of the installation team

Requirements

Sales Executive:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Self‑motivated and dependable
• Organized and consistent with follow‑ups
• Goal‑oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using CRM, phone, text, and email
• Home improvement, construction, roofing, solar, lighting, or related sales experience is a plus

Installation Technician:

• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Experience with ladders, hand tools, construction, roofing, electrical work, or exterior home improvement preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work safely and efficiently
• Willing to learn the PVB Everglow / JellyFish Lighting installation process
