Light Industrial Assembler – 2nd Shift position in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

No experience is necessary—extensive on-the-job training and full support are provided.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 2:10pm - 10:10pm (2nd shift)

Pay

• Base hourly pay: $20.65/hour
• 10% shift differential
• Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% bonus

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
• Ability to work independently alongside team members
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Attention to detail
• Excitement about working with a team and within a collaborative ownership culture

Physical Demands

• Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Standing for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
• Control handheld power tools
• Manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
