- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Align, position, and secure parts
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and manufacturing equipment
- Perform quality checks and test final products for defects
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Basic math and reading skills for technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail
