Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate the assignment of crewmembers.
• Provide training for new team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard set‑ups, adjustments, and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
• Capability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments according to individual job requirements and equipment capabilities.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $20.50 – $29.94 per hour. The actual rate may vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or stand‑by pay.
