Light Equipment Operator 2 - 3rd Shift

Operational Duties

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation.
• May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and provide training for new team members.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments, and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to individual job requirements.

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly rate: $18.20
• Overtime available
• Shift differential: $2 more for 2nd shift, $3 more for 3rd shift call-in, and stand-by pay
