Light Equipment Operator 1-3rd Shift
Operational Duties
- Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment
- Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain machine to ensure optimal operation
- May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
- Coordinate the assignment of crew members and provide training for new team members
Qualifications
- Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment
- Ability to operate equipment following step-by-step instructions
- Skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to equipment operation
- Ability to identify and make basic adjustments to improper machine operation
- Skills in performing routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication
Additional Information
The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $17.00 per hour. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential ($2 more for 2nd shift), call-in, and stand-by pay.
