WKY Construction – Rogers Group Inc – Crestwood, KY Full Time Starting pay for entry level candidates is $22/hr. Pay will be determined based on experience. Experienced candidates are preferred. Rogers Group’s WKY Construction team is seeking a Heavy Equipment Light Duty Mechanic at our shop located in Hopkinsville, KY. Responsibilities The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but not limited to: High school diploma or any relevant qualification. Valid driver’s license. Lube technicians also need to have excellent time management and problem-solving skills. They need to have good communication and interpersonal skills. 1 year of light duty mechanic experience desired Must have good reliable transportation to make it to and from work. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises. Must be willing to help plant maintenance team when needed. Willingness to work in a team environment. Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement. Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
