About the role
We are Now Hiring a Light Duty Mechanic in Leesburg, VA!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, & transmissions.
- Ensure work orders are completed accurately.
- Assist with preventive maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual DOT maintenance inspections.
- Assist with mobile emergency services.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required; Willingness to obtain CDL while employed – We train!
- At least 1 year of automotive maintenance & repair experience or technical school education.
- Possess a mechanic’s tool set.
- Willingness to participate in ASE certification program. Training, testing, and bonuses provided!

Pay
Competitive compensation package of minimum $24.00 – Maximum $35.00 An additional $.10 per hour for each ASE certification you possess or obtain.
Schedule
Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations. Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces Push and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
