Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses lift truck faults.
- Removes and disassembles faulty components.
- Inspects and repairs electrical systems.
- Services brake systems, including adjusting and repairing.
- Replaces and adjusts lights, and installs/accesses accessories.
- Tests and adjusts repaired systems to meet performance specifications.
- Performs routine and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Tests drives forklifts and tests components/systems.
- Performs pre-delivery inspections and assembly of new forklifts.
Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools, pneumatic tools, lift truck jacks, and hoists.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and brake systems.
- Ability to read and interpret fault codes.
- Experience with downloading software updates.
- Basic knowledge of forklift operation and safety protocols.

Pay
- Starting pay: $28.00/HOUR DOE
- One-time signing bonus of $1,500 after completing 12 months of employment.
- One-time bonus of $3,000 after completing 12 months of continuous employment for experienced material handling technicians with 3+ years' experience.
