Lift Mechanic | Full Time

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance as needed on all ski lifts according to industry and manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintenance includes line machinery repairs, hydraulic part maintenance, electrical work, non-destructive testing of welds on chair parts and grips, terminal repairs, and inspections.
- Understand the full operation of each lift, including transferring to auxiliary power as needed.
- Cook up and coordinate work projects based on annual maintenance needs.
- Achieve team goals by contributing to the team effort.
- Follow and comply with all resort safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, plus five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with small engine repair, diesel engines, and low voltage systems are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player.
- Excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
