Lifestyle Ambassador

About the role

The Lifestyle Ambassador at Mattamy Homes is the first point of contact for guests and prospects visiting or reaching out to the Sales/Welcome Center. This role involves providing information about community amenities, neighborhoods, and homebuilders, maintaining a professional appearance, gathering information from prospects, and supporting clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about community amenities, neighborhoods, and homebuilders to visitors and prospects
• Communicate clearly and energetically to promote the community as a great place to live and play
• Maintain a professional appearance with business casual attire
• Gather information from prospects to identify needs and provide guidance
• Record prospect information in the CRM database for internal and external reporting
• Manage and maintain CRM databases to pull and develop relevant reports
• Maintain inventory levels of café supplies and printed materials
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in displays and materials in the Sales/Welcome Center
• Facilitate information exchange with homebuilder sales representatives

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience or some advanced schooling/training
• CRM experience (Dynamics)
• Customer service or marketing experience
• Excellent verbal presentation skills
• Ability to work productively with little direction
• Upbeat and personable attitude
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Accurate database entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Flexible working hours to accommodate sales center hours

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CRM management and maintenance
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
